Event Management, end to end

A complete events module — plan competitions and programmes, run inter-house tournaments, and celebrate every student who takes part.

Events module Houses & certificates

Annual day, sports week, inter-house competitions — running school events used to mean spreadsheets and a last-minute certificate scramble. Now it's one connected module, from planning an event to recognising everyone who made it happen.

Plan any event

Programmes & competitions. Create either event type, each with its own organising fields.
Full event scope. Capture the participating classes, sections, streams and houses.
Coordinators. Assign one or more staff coordinators to every event.
Editable anytime. Scope, houses and the winning house stay editable after creation.

Houses & competitions

Winning house. Declare which house won a competition in a single click.
House of the Year. A live banner tallies house wins across the whole year.
House standings. Wins, competitions, participants and top students per house.
Leaderboards. Top performers and top coordinators, ranked automatically.

Recognise everyone

Winner certificates. Issue certificates to the winners of any competition.
Participation certificates. One click issues a certificate to every participant.
Coordinator certificates. Recognise the teachers and staff who ran the event.
Auto-suggest participants. Pre-fill the notable-participants list straight from the event's scope.

Visible to students

My Participation. Students see every event they joined, with 1st / 2nd / 3rd place badges.
Calendar visibility. Mark calendar entries for everyone, students only, or staff only.
Calendar & events in sync. Events added from the calendar show up in the events module too.
Events dashboard. One screen for standings, leaderboards and class participation.

Every event, organised.

From the first planning note to the last certificate, the events module keeps your whole school — staff, students and parents — on the same page.
